About Us

The Origin

Taiwan is a subtropical island, similar to the size of Tasmania but has one million more people than Australia. According to an unofficial Taiwanese survey, almost 1/3 of the population are casual vegetarians.

The Taiwanese are particularly attentive when it comes to food therapy: apart from paying attention to nutritional balance, they also value the life-preserving qualities of food.

The Sisters

Two sisters, Rosalie and Elaine, grew up in a Taiwanese vegetarian family.

Rosalie has been working in nursing for more than ten years. Over the past decade in rehabilitation, she has seen countless patients relying on medication and drugs to control their medical symptoms, however they have not been cured. In actual fact, if one were to adjust their eating and drinking habits, many of these ailments may be prevented.

Elaine is a spiritual counsellor in Taiwan. She believes that being a vegetarian is a way to show love and respect to all living creatures.

These two girls inherited their mother’s secret recipes to cook tasty and healthy Taiwanese-style vegetarian dishes.

The Intention

Our restaurant is a place to deliver our ‘message of love’, and educate the public to encourage healthy eating habits and enrich their spiritual lives.

We want to share what our mother has given to us with all of you!
